Hello everyone. Just found the club and signed up. looks interesting. I'm a former LEO of Jefferson Parish and a gun collector.
I have several class III items from back in the day when I was able to get a CLEO signature, now I'm looking into this trust thing or llc holder. I have a llc and looking to go that route to continue my collection. If anyone has any good info on this, I'd be happy to listen. Should I form a trust or go with the llc. I already have in place?
I wonder if having the trust would be easier to pass my guns down to my boys when the time is right? Anyone have a generic trust form I can have my attorney look over?
