Put him down! Society is to soft for that we'll try to rehibilitate him  and we'll spend $2,000,000 caring for him over the years.

i think death is a little harsh. someone who gets sexual pleasure from children has to be born with something wrong in the brain. then again i wouldn't want the lowlife to do it again to anyone else's children. castration would remove all sexual desire from them i wonder if they have tried that yet. i'm honestly not sure why they don't castrate rapists and really violent criminals. testosterone definitely plays a big role in aggression and uncontrollable sexual urges. removing the testicles would eliminate testosterone. i guess that's inhumane?

Castration doesn't stop a predator, it just removes one tool. If tomorrow all of the worlds guns disappeared knives, swords, bows would return as the weapons used by criminals. Sexual crimes are not about sex they are about dominance. Rape of anyone is about control and power, sexual control can be exerted without out functioning "equipment." Kill the bastards and make the world a better safer place.

Edit: Missed the mental capacity of 10 year old comment. This could cause me to reconsider exactly how things are handled. Assuming a reasonable ability to differentiate between age and right and wrong my statement stands. Without real evidence otherwise I can't weigh in on my opinion. If his mental capacity creates a risk or harm to those around him because of his inability to understand right and wrong he should not be allowed in society. Individual events, threat assesments, and mental examinations would play into a case by case decision. In general mentally handicapped or not, murder is murder, rape is rape, some people are just not ever going to be more than a threat to those they encounter. Those people don't belong here.

You know who else killed the mentally handicapped?

    These guys. Aktion T4 FTW!

They did and they were wrong I doubt many people here would argue that point. However Nazis didn't kill them for being violent criminals or violating children. They killed them because they were classified as inferior. I don't think equating the death penalty for mentally handicapped criminals to the holocaust is a fair equation. It's touchy I can see both sides of the argument but I just don't see where your statement has any relevancy to a conversation about a child rapist.

If I'm a christian and am sentenced to death for a murder would you argue that such punishment is offensive because Romans once killed Christians? Of course not a past offense by another nation for murders that were completely unrelated to specific events around a single individual just has no bearing.

Nazi comparisons or no...there are some actions that are SO destructive to society in general that I really don't care about the state of the offender.

    This is one.

    So...seeeeeee yaaaaaaaaa MolesterMan.

    from the "comments" on nola.com:

Before you guys start throwing stones I know this kid personally and even though hes 18 he has the mental capability of a freaking 10 yr old. He SHOULD NOT be put in prison but he should receive the help he deserves. prisons are not a "deterrent" despite the longheld notion. HE DOES NOT DESERVE TO SIT IN A CELL

No he does not deserve to sit in a cell........he deserves a base ball bat to the head a few times.......

If anything ever happend to either one of my girls........they would NEVER find the body of the perp...............

He had enough "mental capability" to try to hide/keep secret what he was doing, knowing that it was wrong to be doing it. In court that's called "mens rea", or guilty mind, and together with the actus reus, or "guilty act", establishes the elements of the defined crime.

Chances are he's wired that way, and no amount of therapy or caging is likely to change that.

Reminds me of that video of the Dad shooting the karate coach (who kidnapped and molested his son) in the airport. They ask why did you do it and he replied what would you have done if it would have been your son. Then he got off with 5 months probation.

Can't say I blame the guy. I can't imagine a child growing up knowing that the individual who had done that to him/her was still out there. At least the child can rest knowing he/her is gone....

I think that guy's last name was Plauche, wasn't it?

That can certainly mess up the child victim big time for life. I once took a report of a 10 year old having raped his 8 year old cousin (also male) after being "taught" by an adult male that "that was how you had sex." The 10 year old was caught fondling his 2 year old sister, which led to discovery of the activity with his cousin. The cycle of violence and trauma that can start from one attack can be far-reaching and incredibly horrific.

He should be killed. But on that note, here's a horrible joke.

How do you make a 5 year old boy cry twice?

**** him and then rub your shitty cock on his teddy bear.

A cop told me that joke last weekend (no ****...we were telling very crass old jokes we learned in the .gov..)

If I remember correctly, this happened many years ago (early 80's?) in Baton Rouge. The dad was tucked into a pay phone booth and when the accused molester was escorted behind him, the dad turned and shot him in the head with a small revolver. I remember the date this happened, March 16, because it was my birthday, but I cannot remember the year. I've been looking for this video on the 'net for the past few years and still can't find it.

Oh for christs sakes if he knew enought to tell the lil girl not to tell anyone, he knew he was doing wrong, and that coupled with his age of 18, makes him an adult who knew right from wrong.. I say shoot him, and whomever left their 7yr old alone so that she could be having sex all summer with him. Bleeding Hearts only exist because these pedo's are usually their offspring!

Not sure on accuracy but found this multiple times through a quick google search:

    1. The case took place in Baton Rouge--Ryan Airport at the time (Metro now)...and it took place on Friday, March 16th, 1984 around 9:30pm.

    2. I am the boy--and my mother and father have NEVER been divorced...as a matter of fact they are still married to this day. At the time they were seperated, but the kidnapper was not my mother's boyfriend! He was my Karate teacher and it was not until after the shooting that his lawyers claimed that my mother and him were boyfriend and girlfriend.

    3. As for my mother being in on it...NO WAY! She is the one who called the police and then my father...in that order. There were many hours of taped phone conversations with the kidnapper saying we were in New York when we were really in California.

    4. We were tracked down by a collect phone call. My mother asked for "time and charges" and when the operator came back on...she gave the address and the motel room # we were staying at...The Soama Motel in Anehiem, CA--room 38.

    5. The sexual abuse was not a rumor--it was a proven scientific fact! I was taken to the hospital and given a rape kit which found spermatazoa on the rectal slide. The sexual abuse had taken place for almost a year "before" the kidnapping. As a matter of fact--the kidnapper lost his sex drive and only molested me a few times over the 10 days I was gone. I have the hospital report--I will post it on my website.

    6. My dad did lose it...but that was after finding out details of the abuse. And he shot and killed him in the Baton Rouge airport..in front of TV camera's...ironically enough---he found out the time of the kidnappers arrival from the same news station!

    7. He was not found "Not Guilty"! He plead "No contest" to manslaughter and was sentenced to hard time..suspended to 5 years probation and 300 hours of community service.

If anyone has anymore questions about the case...email me and I will answer any question! My website is: www.jodyplauche.com
