Kershaw customer service / warranty A+

I have a Kershaw Leek and dropped it point down on the concrete. The crash broke a very small piece off of the tip and broke the safety in the back of the knife (assist open).

Sent it to Kershaw customer service (all info on Kershaw's website) and got it back in about 2 -3 wks.

Came back with a brand new blade and the saftey fixed - no questions asked. Very pleased.

While waiting for the knife I purchased a new Kershaw Skyline flipper knife from wally world. That too is a nice knife. I am now a loyal Kershaw customer.

Just wanted to share my experience.

Yeah , I had good service from them as well . I sent in a knife with a broken lock , and they sent me a new knife . Can't beat that .

Me too, had my leek that was 5-6 years old break the opening assist spring, they sent me a new knife back! Will buy more of them. I actually bought my 12 yr old son his first knife, a kershaw!
