Randazzo's is great.
Party Palace in Kenner (Zuppardo's carries them) are as good but slightly different.

What he said. They ship anywhere in the country if you don't mind paying a bit extra. Although since ground would get there next day to Hammond anyway, it might not be too expensive since you won't have to pay for two or three day shipping. Well worth the extra $$$. I've never had a better king cake.

I live in Alexandria, and I used to have these shipped up here and I sold them to friends etc. The Cream Cheese, Strawberry and the Pecan Praline are all to die for. Simply the BEST!!!
