Guess this is a question for Local LEOs more than anyone else. I saw a young gentleman cruising down Blackwater Rd. on a bicycle this morning on my morning commute. On the back of his jacket was large letters "La Familia". I was under the impression that this was a drug cartel. Do we have these cats running around in the open down here or was it just some idiot kid? Maybe I watch too much Netflix.

Maybe so, he was Latino so I didn't immediately think rap music...Im almost happy I didn't know about that before now.
