Land/house sales tax on ballot Nov 6?

I've heard rumors about a large new tax on both the buyer and seller of real estate/houses in Louisiana. I looked over the proposals and Amendments for the Nov. 6 ballot and I don't see anything mentioning this tax. Anyone have any info? Thanks!

I think thats a federal tax coming up, paying capital gains on all real estate transactions. Add to that the loss of claiming mortgage interest as a deduction
