Lease rates for different types of land

I was just looking at some land that is for sale for a bunch of money and was wondering what kind of lease rates people are getting these days.

Part of the land is irrigated hay pasture

Other is cattle pasture

Other is hunting land, low land with hardwoods.

I've seen some numbers that are all over the place, others with crop share plans with the farmer. Just wondering what kind of rates y'all have seen lately. Thanks.

Cant help on the pasture land but the hunting land will vary pretty drasticaly depending on location. Where we are land leases in the $12-$15 and acre price but once you get into more popular areas etc ive seen it up to $25-$30 an acre.
