The Ruger 10/22's are like adult Legos. Anyone with little mechanical skill, and a handful of common tools can build one, modify one. Additionally the "Takedown" version makes the perfect bugout rifle. So let see your Ruger 10/22 builds. This should be a great thread and give us lots of ideas to spend our hard earned $!
I'll go first, with my build:
Tactical Solutions, OD green, threaded barrel
Tactical Solutions OD green, extended mag release
Boyd's stock
Magnum research receiver and bolt
KIDD 1.5 pound, adjustable, single stage trigger
Leopold scope
I used Dura-coat and a fishnet stocking to make it look like snake skin.
It points really naturally and is very, very light weight! Extremely accurate.
