Fellow BS'ers I want to sing the praises of this product. I have had many different cheap lights, stick on tap lights, battery operated lights etc. I found this product on Calguns and bought it. I went ahead and purchased the large safe kit to make sure I had enough LED's.

    Pros
Bright and covers the entire safe top to bottom ++++!
    easy install
offers battery operated or 110 to 12v power source (I went the battery route)
comes with a roller on off switch - door open= on/ door closed= off!

    Cons
I had to splice the wire to add about 8" in order to make it across the bottom (me just being picky)
Maybe cost but I think it is worth every penny (mine was $50 with shipping)

In the effort of full disclosure, if you are handy you can buy the LED's from EBAY. Cut LED's to size, solder, add 12v power and make them yourself. I simply don't have the time with 2 little ones. I use my safe almost weekly and light has always bothered me. Now this problem has been resolved. Just thought I would pass along a good product
