Looking for a gunsmith in Slidell

I have talked to many people around and have been directed to "Bill the school bus driver". He is currently backed up and will be a while before he can see me. Are there any other gunsmiths in the slidell area that can install a pictanny rail on a sporterized 30-40 krag. I already have the rail specifically designed for the 30-40.

Yep. Possibily all three holes
