Good luck on your search for something that cheap. Your best bet is to get a cheap bag from Academy just for the trip. Then do some research and spend the cash for a good bag.

Was digging around last night trying to find a drop leg rig and pouches to carry all my fly fishing gear (hard to wear a vest or fanny/lumbar/chest pack over heavy winter clothes), it's not local but sportsmansguide has several backpacks with molle straps on the back and side in the $20-$60 range.

Got an awesome day bag at Walmart 24.99. It's huge frame and everything even has a drop leg attachment works great I'll try to get some pics up. Thanks guys !
