Academy in Hammond had one yesterday. Saw a customer looking at it. They just may be a decent place to try since they took them off display and only pull them out if a customer requests. Some people may be passing it off as they stop carrying them.
Hammond is out. I talked to salesman and he told me the academy distribution center is out. He said it might be a while before any local academy's get any more. On Friday night the academy on clearview in Metairie had a good supply of .22 long rifle m&p and mossbergs but you had to ask
