Somebody said ya'll might have some for a chinese sks. If so how much and can you ship it to NWLA?

i have one from a yugo 1973 manufacture, new never used, took it off to attach bipod. i don't know what it's worth, i'll let you guy's decide that, and i can ship it usps.
