    Bad bill. They are trying to destroy the local police.

    Well like Sarky suggested in this thread, there is always the option for them to quit. Then departments can hire from the 1000s of well qualified applicants that are trying to start a career in law enforcement.

    Question here , If police no longer have immunity does that mean they are automatically liable criminally or financially if accused of misconduct ? Will they not have the opportunity to hire a lawyer and have their day in court just like the rest of us do if they claim there is probable cause to arrest us ? Will they not get a fair trial and if innocent be aquitted just like anyone else who is falsely accused ?
