M1 Carbine Magazines

I recently inherited an M1 Carbine. I am looking for a couple of magazines, but I have found less than satisfactory reviews. I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a brand that works well, a website they bought from or any advice. I do not know much about M1 Carbines, but I am trying to learn quickly.

USGI 15 rd magazines are best. Avoid the commercial 30 rd mags as they are a crap shoot. I have good luck with the Korean 15 and the 30 rd mags.

I agree the Korean mags work great

Well, if you get up to the Shreveport area I can help. BTW, what is the manufacturer of your Carbine? If it's GI, look under the rear sight.

CMP has M1 mags also

The manufacturer is National Post Meter

Jefferson Gun has mags for the M1 Carbine... I'm not 100% sure of the manufacturer, but they're the same ones used on the range for the M1 Rental and they have never had any issues.
