Just read the brief article on a google feed. I'm glad that these crimes get prosecuted and punished. But, if I read it correctly the guy got just under 5 years (57 mos.) . It looks to me that just after 2 years he will go on some type of "supervised" release for 3 yrs. IDK, but that seems like the Justice Tiger might be wearing dentures.
He had the weapon on his person and dropped it in flight from the LEO. It was fully loaded and useable: and we're seeing more and more of these sprayguns and their use tactics hurting not just the criminal element but also the general public in its vicinity. Seems like the Judicial system could have given hard time. Now if he has to serve 5 yrs hard time and then 3 yrs supervised release, I guess that would be more equitable with the crime.
    What's your thoughts?

The Glock Nintendo Switch is awesome! Your opponent misses everyone(even if someone is accidentally hit, it's no worse than the usual spray and pray)and is out of ammo in 2 seconds or less! Colon Noir couldn't hit much of anything with a Glock 18 even after he was able to keep it down to 3 shot bursts!
Full auto Glocks are ironically rendered to being less effective than a Smith Air Weight or Ruger LCP. They were made for a military that doesn't want them.
If we can put the violent criminals away long for possessing one of these, then so much the better.

I think they should be legal and just like buying a magazine, guidrod, or any other gun part. It’s pretty obvious criminals don’t follow laws as is. The only people who suffer from these laws are law abiding citizens like you and I.

I sure would like to have a handful of Glock switches and a few full auto lowers. I don’t because I’m not going to risk loosing my career and two years away from my wife and kids. The common man has effectively been priced out of owning such a device so as it stands the only people really running around with them are low life thugs who don’t care about going see all of their friends and relatives for a couple of years.
