Just bought one of these from Wal-Mart in Kenner. It was 104 lumens with emergency strobe and low power feature.
WOW. This light is ridiculously bright. I was expecting the strobe to be a slow, low power just to signal passing vehicles. Boy was I wrong. It is like a strobe light with 104 lumens shining right in your eyes. Very disorienting.
It was only 30 bucks. Definitely glad I picked it up. Best part- MADE IN USA
