Good old Cross Pen/Pencil. Not tactical but deadly if used right. Ya just need to wad up a page from the SkyMall catalog in the palm of yer hand to protect it from the other end of the pen when ya ram it in Rag man's head/chest.

THey are NOT, $40 as a last defense tool doesnt seem expensive to me when I have a 260 pound man on top of me trying to beat me to death.
