I saw a few billboards between Hammond and Covington on I-12 and in Slidell on I-10.Yeah they didn't do too good a job advertising it. I just happened to see a sign on the side of the road in Hammond without any dates or anything and googled when the next one was. Turns out right now. Hopefully I can find the 1 gun I'm looking for that I can't find anywhere.
What was the price on the M855?
I didn't find what I was looking for, but I think I picked up about 1/2 the pistols in the joint to see how they felt. I was rather surprised at how comfortable I found a Taurus 111 I believe (will have to check pictures). Gonna do some research on this gun.
Also, Idk if he was the M855 guy, but this guy was price gouging the s*** out of ammo. $150 for a $60 Remington Bucket O' Bullets .22, $8.00 for a pack of 20 7.62x54R straight out of the spam can, I didn't even bother looking at the CCI prices. It was sickening. http://www.pauliespistols.com/
Someone else had CCI mini-mags box of 100 for $20. The whole show was just sickening if you even bothered to look at ammo prices. There were some decent deals on guns though and some neat booths.
On the bright side, I popped into Optimum Outfitters on my way home from the show. They have a pretty decent selection of rimfire ammo (no cheap bulk stuff though) and decent prices AND they have a decent powder selection. And they're nice people.

Did you see the guy with two crates of Lugers on his table?
I also picked up a Mossberg 600 (private brand 500) for cheap from a guy walking around with it...
Yes. The old dude with the crate. Did he open it for u and let u handle some. He let my 2 boys pick at a couple of them. Very nice old man and the guns to
