Does anyone know anything about this rifle found one for 400 at gun shop I cant find much info about this gun

I'd give the folks over at marlinowners.com a shout. When I had what I thought was a problem with my Marlin 336 I searched there and found the answer in ten minutes.

Had one, shot well off the bench
Heavy though. Good adjustable stock for young folk

Have a .22 Savage BTVSS that shots better for the same $$ and is handy and light enough to take into the field


400.00 sounds about right
