"It is imperative that U.S. citizens understand the risks in Mexico...."
    -The US State Department

Yet, it's apparently perfectly fine to allow illegals from Mexico to continue invading our country 24/7, 365- because surely everyone coming over illegally is a nice person.

Exactly and how many of the so called workers who are invading are straight criminals and hitmen from these cartels.

We should all be more tolerant. I hear the boys from MS13 do some pretty mean carpentry.....

The WALL! Build the Damn WALL! And Clear 100m on each side of it.

Like our Military Folks would mind sitting in a tower shooting whoever dared crossing it illegally.
New recruiting add, "Want to defend your country? Here's how!"

Plus you'd only need a pair every 1000m. That's only about 6,336. Using the 3 Cycle Rotation that's 19,008 Soldiers/Marines gaurding our border 24/7. As if we can't find 20,000 Troops!

It's been working just fine on the S. Korea, N. Korea border for how long now? ;)

    You mean like this?

I think that's little extreme since not every person coming across is a criminal. I think a double electrified fence (solar powered to reduce costs) strong enough to incapacitate someone would work. In between the fences there would be razor wire in case someone managed to get over. Dig trenches outside the fence too so using a ladder with be difficult.
