    THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH; TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT TO

    PREPARE WRITTEN MATERIALS THAT DESCRIBE AND EXPLAIN THE CRITERIA

    FOR DETERMINING WHETHER A PERSON IS OBESE AND TO PROVIDE THOSE

    It'll be funny if it passes and a hypoglycemic kicks it due to lack of food(not the funny part)... then family sues the **** out of the state( the funny part).
