MONROE, LA Gun Store: Mid South Ordnance (anyone ever heard of them?)

I find them as dealer in Monroe, LA area. One of their distributors is Davidson.
But the problem is: There is no gunstore in that listed area. I drive by there on 165 all the time and there is not a business with a Mid-South Ordnance sign on it.

Is this somebody dealing guns out of their house or inside another business establishment?


Anybody ever done business with them before?

Never dealt with him before but his prices on Davidson's is always way lower than all of the dealers in my area that go through them. It's almost worth the trip for me, but my FFL here in town only charges $10 for the first transfer and $5 for each additional, if you are getting more than one gun at the same time of course! ;-p

That's exactly what I noticed. Cabelas in Baton Rouge, Bass Pro and Simmons (and even TP Hardware & Sports in Monroe) are way over priced compared to Mid-South.

Just so y'all know what's goin' on, after LSPs recommendation, I purchased off Davidsons a Ruger New Vaquero using MidSouth retailer. Glad to know he's a real dealer and has a good reputation.

ETA: I've known him since the early 90's from buying or trading guns with him. Never been dis-satisfied!
