Hey guys went out the other day with the Mosin Nagant 91/30 doing some shooting 800 yards away at a steel torso target, using the iron sights. Made a short video of the adventure. Hope you all enjoy!

That's crazy how you can see the air move behind the bullet.... How far above that target did you have to aim? Looks like a lob shot!

    Thanks for the comments everyone!
At first I had the rear sight set to 800, shot went a little high, adjusted down to 750 and held just at the bottom left of the target to make the hits. I think the rear sight marks are in meters.

    Grizz, nice shooting.

Curious: Do you let the cam by the target run non stop or do you have someone a safe distance away that deals with that camera?

I saw a video some where. I can't seem to remember where. But it was of a guy making a very long range shot similar to yours with a K31 rifle.

Of the two videos, I liked yours better. The camera work was really good.

    Awesome video, subscribed.

    Thanks man, appreciate that.

I let the camera just run, I get almost 1 hour run time on the target cam so it's usually enough to get back and do the shooting.

Thanks for that comment, I'm not too big on the editing so I'm just doing my best to make the videos presentable. Glad you guys are actually enjoying my vids!
