Mosin Nagant

I have been looking for a local gun shop that has Mosin Nagants for sale. I live in Monroe, La. Anybody know of any gun shops that may have several of these for sale?

Belmore had a bunch but I think he moved to FL.
Not sure the status of the business.

I think his dad or brother may be running the business now.

Even at the gun show in Monroe he was the only one who had any.

Not yet...but I just sent it a few minutes ago. From the address you posted I think I am only a couple blocks from him or where he was.

To save you some time, Belmore moved to Florida. I went to where his storefront was listed and it was vacant. T.P. Outdoors in West Monroe sells them when they get shipments. I'm sure the Monroe T.P. on Breard street does as well, they usually have a better selection of weapons.

Dave's Gun shop here in Lafayette supposedly has a few right now. A guy I work with down here was talking about them today actually.

Did you ever find any at TP? I am also in the market for one locally. See that Cabelas has them for $150 but I don't like to buy surplus by not seeing them. Anyone know if Cabela's in Gonzales, LA have any? I will be heading that direction in about a month.

They usually have a few on hand. Also, ask them to bring 3 or so out from the back for you to look at. If one guy says no then just ask another. They make a commission on the sale so I doubt they will refuse...

I was in TP's West Monroe store today and they had one in stock.
I believe the price was $95 or $100.

I went to Cabela's yesterday and they did.

Dave's Gun shop here in Lafayette supposedly has a few right now. A guy I work with down here was talking about them today actually.

About three months prior, Dave's had a sweet Fin from 1943.
It had some spots and some slight rust, but handled well and was a nice gun with what looked like a nice bore. The action wasn't stick either.
