That bill was signed into law. But based on what I have read in it, it has nothing to do with private citizens. Every referrence is to some type of commissioned authority.

I would apply for that on Monday! It seems to be a little vague in some areas, but increases the places you can CC, nonethelss.

I am trying to line up a school now. I am going to try to go to Elite Arms training in Lumberton Ms. I heard they are top notch.

Does anyone know if this applies only to MS CCWs or would a LA CCW be eligible for enhance carry as well?

From what I read in it, it ONLY applies to Mississippi residents.
