Well here's the update. Our Insurance paid for our damages under our Uninsured part of our policy.

Congratulations! Every now and then the dark clouds passing overhead end up with a trailing silver lining.

Well I have an update

Our insurance company paid us minus our deductible using our uninsured motorist.

Then they went after them for our deductible and this week they got our deductible and sent us that money.

tell them unless they arrest him for auto theft. He had there permission to drive the car they are financially responsible.
