ok, here's the deal:
this past season I shot my first deer ever. I have the empty cartridge. I would like to make it into a key chain. I have a 9mm bullet I did like this already, so I know the process, i just need someone with a "uh oh" extractor hammer and a press.
I would like to take a new, unfired cartridge and extract the projectile. De-prime the original cartridge (the fired primer), then stuff the cartridge with epoxy, seat the projectile previously extracted from the new cartridge, then I can manipulate a paperclip bent just right into a loop to serve as a keychain...
what you get out of the deal? I'll show you how to make a keychain lol.... you can have a new, never fired and already primed factory Winchester brass powder and all, less the projectile.
this is nothing more than making a memento and wouldn't take but about 10 minutes total if you equipment is available.
