Need gunsmith in Shreveport/Bossier area

Hello,
Ive got an older Remington 1100 that needs a new carrier latch. I broke the old one trying to get the shotgun apart after it had gotten stuck on it. Looking for a good gunsmith, ive heard there are many incompetent smiths around here so if anyone could recommend me a respected smith. Also, how much should this repair cost me?
