Need help from local smith

So I have a 700p that I'm trying to get a little custom work done on. Anyone know a local (trying to stay in Louisiana) smith that can help me out? I still need to have the stock inletted for M5 bottom metal, bolt knob threaded,and barrel threaded with brake fitted. I would also like to have the bolt fluted if I could. I already have the DBM, bolt knob, and brake. So hoping to find someone who can jump on this somewhat soon. Thanks guys.
