I need some help. I dislocated my knee and impacture fractured my femur and couple of months ago, which caused major muscle loss / atrophy. I had been going to physical therapy 3 times a week. My insurance will not cover anymore physical therapy this year. They have given me exercises to do at home but i need to go back to work. Hoping the Dr will release me in the next couple of weeks. Basically looking for supplement and exercises for my quads to try and get my muscles back up to par or better than. Any exercises must be low/no impact. without my in thigh being strong enough the knee cap could pop out again. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
