There is a guy in Keithville named Jerry W. Hope. He is in the phone directory and is also a full auto dealer. I have him do all my out of state transfers. If he likes you, it is for free. If he has not dealt with you before, there is a small charge. His kitchen table dealership is LDS Enterprises.

You can check on gun broker.com they have an FFL search by zip and list usually a few in your area and what cost they may charge for the transfer. On the main page it says near the top "buyers" scroll down to "FIND AN FFL" and enter your zip.
