Is there anywhere in baton rouge I could go to just check a few different plinking loads and make sure they cycle correctly? I would just be shooting two mags of 45 and one mag of 223 in my ar. Thanks

North of campus on the president streets? Gunfire usually goes unnoticed there.

Sorry I cant be anymore help, I would have said Precision. Maybe bring some more ammo with you and spend some time there making once fired brass.

Where the streets are named for presidents, states, trees, Indian tribes, or birds...
seriously though, it's either pay $15 at Precision, Baker, or Bass Pro, or burn between $15-$75 worth of gas going to a DWF range.

I see you have an AR. That rules out Bass Pro; it's handguns only. Try Baker. They have a sand backstop and you can shoot any gun from any lane. Precision only has 2 rifle lanes and you can end up waiting a while.
