New Favorite WTSHTF Gun

I bought a Marlin 1894 lever action .357 from another BS member.
I got it almost 3 weeks ago, but because of work, kids sports, etc I just got a chance to run a few boxes through it.
Wow... You can do surgery with the weapon.
Probably the most accurate weapon i have, even with iron sights versus my rifles with scopes.
Quick target acquisition, smooth operation...

and a lot of fun to shoot, as well!

I wish I'd known it would be this fun, I'd have bought it sooner!

I too have considered the simplicity of a .357 or 44 mag lever action to replace my AR as a OMFGZOMBIES gun.

Then I reloaded the 30 round magazine.

They have a 1894 marlin 45lc that is only sold at Cabela's I have been looking at. That thing is sweet.

My favorite 2 guns are my .357 (Marlin) and .44LC (Henry) lever guns. Super accurate and a ton of fun to shoot. They make me want to buy more.
