    I came across an article today that mentioned that someone was being charged with possession of hollow point bullets in New Jersey. So I had to look that up. Looks like you're not allowed to carry on your person but can transport them from A to B. Unless there's a provision for that associated with NJ carry permit law.

    "There are no restrictions preventing a sportsman from keeping such ammunition at his home."

    I bought a very nice new in box Ruger Old Army just like it was just made sealed nipple wrench, papers, ect. {BP GUN}
    But had to be shipped to FFL as it was a NJ gun
