My Glock 19 CCU includes the M4 stock, front and rear flip up sights, and the monorail (not shown in pic).

This unit essentially takes your Glock 19 (any generation), converts it into a carbine with a 16 inch barrel, and takes all Glock mags including 33 rounders.
