Legally we can use the brace because the courts have issued an injunction while the case moves through the courts. The courts have not made a final ruling.

I know f#&@ all about braces. Does taking the brace off make you less dangerous than a dirtbag with a couple 44 Magnums and a bag full of speedloaders? It's foot in the door stuff. "Just look at the effect of banning braces. Everyone alive didn't get killed by one." Is a pistol without a brace illegal? Is it really hard to shoot? You could sure get your day ruined by one.

I don't know. Might be a clever way around gun control. When the Gestapo shows up at your door demanding your handguns, just tell them you don't have any. Got a couple footguns but that's it.
