4.2" makes it legal for our friends north of the border, who have a 105cm barrel length restriction......Weird coincidence, as CujoHunter and I were just talking about this on the weekend (about the Cdn restriction).....I think he said all 4" barreled models have been 4.2".......

Will never part with my GP100 6".......

Love the grips on the new model..... *drool*......
