Guess that was my introduction, but decided to post a formal intro here under "new members"!
I was a "rimfire" guy for the past 45 years with an oldie but goodie -Marlin Model 60-. However, my interest in rifles and hunting was Re-awoken on Christmas Day-2012 with a "Blow-Me-Away Custom .30-06" gift by my son. Now, I'll have No Excuse Not to Deer Hunt with him!
Have a New Marlin SS Model 60 and a Savage .17HMR on order to hone and fulfill my rifling skills. Now, if I can just find some ammo....Oh Son!!
Anyway, just Re-Joined the NRA and looking forward to getting Re-acquainted with our Wonderful USA Sport of Hunting & Shooting!!!
