Newspaper article about concealed carry

There was an article in the Shreveport Times today concerning the Head guy at LASP discussing Jindal wanting to take a million dollars from the Concealed Weapons operating budget. He gives the current figures for permit applications and compares them to other months as well as the times to approve or renew apps.

I was wondering if anyone else read the article.

Well if his tax reforms are motivated by a desire to put more money in our pockets and fund things more fairly, and he also claims the Concealed Handgun Permit office has a surplus "overpaid by concealed handgun permit holders" then how about we get our ****ing money back for what we supposedly OVER paid?
