Either I am "search-challenged" or there are no postings under "No gun signs" on this forum (unlikely...) so I must ask a quick question. I looked through HANDGUNLAW and my interpretation of the section on where you may and may NOT carry a weapon seems to indicate that the usual -- Federal buildings, courthouse, jail, post office, etc. -- are a no-go. Other than that, if you have a license in good standing you seemingly can carry anyplace else that doesn't serve alcohol and those attendant restrictions.
So I am guessing that LA is a state where if the sign is displayed it does not carry force of law? And you must leave if asked or face trespass charges but no problemo otherwise? As long as you observe "Concealed means Concealed!" I'd expect you'd never have much to worry about unless you're a sloppy dresser.
