    Just another town added to the list. Many have had such ordinances, and some even post signs about it every few blocks inside the city. I chuckle when I see them in Ville Platte on my way to Chicot State Park.

    Personally I think it is more pointless government intrusion.

    Agreed. If people wanna sag their pants it doesn't personally bother me. At least I know they don't have a gun in their waistband, and that I'd have no problem running away from them.

    Ever watch a foot chase on COPS involving a pants sagger? It's a gift for law enforcement.

    The same mentality that wants laws against this; want laws against something you hold dear on the other side of the spectrum. This country just loves to keep lawyers and politicians (usually lawyers), in business!

    When will they realize that an individuals common sense and/or common decency is exempted from adjudication.
