Non-resident Open Carry??

O.K. My google foo and Bayoushooter foo, is off tonight. I am scheduled for a medical procedure in BR tomorrow and will have my 18 y/o son with me. We are Alabama residents, I have a CCW permit, he doesn't. If I am incapacitated, short term medical, can he OC. And, no, he doesn't have an arrest record, convictions, or any other disqualifying offenses.

Doesn't matter if he's not a resident here. If he's 18 he's ok

Contact Yale on this forum for his advice. Your son should be aware of school zones.
