ways he knows what it smells like without having tried it himself.

Sounds like to me that you are well versed on cannabis and have a lot of experience with it. No offense, but I dont associate with druggies!

You first,I don't have to prove anything until the opposing side
side sends me their papers.I'm the defendant,... You stated the
infoon the thread ,how MJ just makes everyone an idiot.Or just
the smell makes them unable to shop your store. Your time would
be better spent worrying about gun laws, how to disassemble a
    1936 rifle..etc...

Basically you cant say,,no blacks ,no whites,,no mexicans,,no...
can enter premises.SO why would you be allowed to say,no
to a smell.Seriously? You people are posting signs that are not
    legal...

Keep it up,,you will loose peoples biz and you will face prosecution
    eventually.

You do realize some pulpuriey smells like weed.lol

Dopers are not a protected class , yet .

Well, that may be true for some. But the testing has showed quite
    the opposite.

    I have a friend that is a District Att, in a 4.7million people city.He
smokes2 at break,,2 at lunch and 2 at afternoon break and lots
    more at home.

Its not how much you inhale ,its how much do you use your brain
cells.See science has proven about 75% of you wronG!!!!

Sure you loose cells when u inhale, but you gain back 2 times as
many when you read a book.

But things like that you don't want to hear lol,,

Bottom Line,,TESTS PROVE YOUR WRONG IN YOUR OLD HIPPY
    ways of thinking :*

Please bring facts to the table.,not dribble from some wanta be
gun shop people. We all know about 60% of gun shop owners
don't have any clue of laws or guns.

Just for giggles go to your local shop.Ask them if they can thread
a barrel or take down a SW or any firearm. 85% will say NO...

<<<<ill be over here waiting on PEREZ trollmister to chime in his
    .05 cents worth lol

Oh...you want my .05 cents? Ok. I'm basing my opinion on my personal experience. There's a difference between drug use and drug dealing. Drug use should be a health and hospitals issue and not a criminal issue. Drug use should be at least decriminalized. Some could be legalized. I've never seen anyone "kick the habit" by being arrested and spending some time in parish prison.

You have a friend who is a low life liberal scum bag who is a piece of s#+ . You in my opinion are not much better for admitting you have a friend who has taken an oath to enforce the law while regularly breaking it . you must be really hard up for friends . Seriously !!! I would not be surprised if he/ she / it also defended antifia & BLM terrorist . If this offends you good I mean to . As far as people smoking weed or drinking goes they need to do it at home and not around guns or motorized vehicles . The biggest threat to law and order is the ones charged with enforcing the laws breaking them .

Fair Enough, Your Store Your Rules.

There’s the operative point. Not a public location, ergo private property and privately held business, which reserves the right to refuse service to anyone based on a reasonably articulable premise which violates no civil rights as defined by law. Similar generally agreed upon terms apply to places with a liquor license (usually loosely) interpreting their tolerance for “too drunk to serve”. The 4473 is very clear that if a person uses marijuana in any manner they are a prohibited person. Ranges and stores therefore banning people who present in a reasonably articulable manner to be users of a federally designated schedule 1 substance sounds to me like a CYA liability measure similar to a bar refusing to serve a person who stumbles in reeking of Boone’s Farm. Could a server reasonably be expected to recognize the smell of every known alcohol?Probably not. But could a server reasonably identify someone in a condition where they’re likely already intoxicated and shouldn’t be further served? I think probably so. PA state police LCE (liquor control enforcement) has a team whose sole task is salaried plainclothes barhopping while smelling and acting intoxicated to ensure servers are appropriately refusing service in accordance with state law. Fed agencies are going after emissions aftermarket tuners who gross barely a few million a year in business with buy-bust operations and federal civil suits filed by US attorneys. What makes anyone think agencies wouldn’t set up similar investigations to make sure LGSs and ranges are staying in compliance with federal law, when they currently have everything but SCOTUS to have their back if they need it?
