This is an upper built using an A.R.M.S. #58 forend with an ARMS #41 folding front sight. 12" Noveske CHF Chrome Lined Barrel with an A1 flash hider as a placeholder. BCM4 upper. All parts were new. I never fired the upper and I need to thin my collection. Any questions just ask. I am not looking to part it out. CONUS asking $625 or trade for a decent 13.7 pinned upper
