Judge Napolitano weighed in on the White House’s *nudge squad* this morning on Fox and Friends. The team of government experts will encourage you to do things like pay your back taxes, save more money, eat better, and exercise more.

The idea actually cracked Judge Napolitano up. *I’m laughing cause what will they think of next?! The government can’t deliver the mail and they want to tell us to fix the broken screens in our house and clean our attics and change the oil in our cars? These are not functions of government.*

*If the Constitution protects anything … it protects the right to be different. We don’t need the government in our faces telling us how to live,* Napolitano said.
