Don’t remember LA law, as I moved back to MS when I got out the Army many years ago, but know of several here in MS that don’t buy license, as they own the land they hunt. My wife and I are both on the deeds of our properties, so we both are allowed to hunt them without buying licenses.
My daughters all have lifetime license, so I wonder if those are counted in, or just the ones purchased annually?
