This popped up about a week ago and I wanted to vet it first before I slung it out there...

Apparently the main case on the whole "birther" movement has made it to the Supreme Court for review.

The Supreme Court docket is here: http://www.supremecourt.gov/Search.aspx?FileName=/docketfiles/12a606.htm

First conference is Feb. 15th. Probably shelved after that -- but interestingly enough, not covered at all by the MSM (sarcasm intended LOL).

    Any thoughts?

Orly Taitz has been trying to get this case heard for years, but it keeps getting dismissed for various reasons. This could be interesting.

It could be VERY interesting indeed, if... And that's a huge if, the SCOTUS decides to actually hear th case.
