Obama Eligiblity Case in Supreme Court for Review

This popped up about a week ago and I wanted to vet it first before I slung it out there...

Apparently the main case on the whole "birther" movement has made it to the Supreme Court for review.

First conference is Feb. 15th. Probably shelved after that -- but interestingly enough, not covered at all by the MSM (sarcasm intended LOL).

Any thoughts?

Yeah, I have been lightly keeping track of it and didn't bring it up here because there were no MSM articles on it. However, this is a pretty good write up on the case and looks at it from an interesting angle...
