what about the law that states a restaurnt can not be considerd a alchol bevarge outlet? i keep a copy of that law in my truck so if i have an issue i can show how i understood the law.

so what can i do with a permit that i cant do without?
whats the cheapest way to get my permit? i hate to bite the bullet but to many places that let me open carry are changing there mind,started having customer complaints or because my father-in-law carries they notice him then me because hes balding,white hair,slight hump on his back,and carries a revolver so people dont even ask if hes leo but ask me and then the fun begins
This question like many others asked about laws that take away or hinder personal liberty. Not answering the questions of why do you need or there is no reason to has no place in personal liberty. As long as you are not physically harming anyone or destroying anyone's property you should be free to carry on. Therefore remember that whenever you get on a jury. Judge the law first if it hinders liberty it is no law but a regulation. If the regulation is there to prevent unintended consequences it may be OK but if it is there to regulate benign behavior or to control you then vote not guilty no matter what the evidence.
