i have never fired or owned one of their AR's but i have had to contact them about a part. I can say they have great customer service and took great care of me. it wasn't even an issue on their part, but they still took care of it. i wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them now.
I had 6.8 YH upper. Recently sold it. Nothing wrong with it, it was just too expensive to shoot.

I had one of uppers and never had an issue. They have great CS and stand behind there product.
